1. At the age of 13 and the size of 2 kids my age I was ranked the #2 swimmer in all of Western North Carolina
( true, I should of kept swimming)
2. I could of played college football but I had to have 3 surgeries on my shoulder.
(Yup Had my 3rd surgery 2 years ago, hope its the last)
3. I know all the words to Rod Stewart
( if i did, something WOULD be wrong with me)
4. I was Valedictorian in High school.
(I also had perfect attendance......hahahahahahhahahahha)
5. I have all A's in my college classes.
(true, I am putting my heart into this time)
6. I can recite Shakespear word for word
( it'd be cool if I could)
7. I too was proposed to while in Las Vegas
(I gotta make it to Las Vegas first)
8. My sister is on the Olympic Bike Committee for Women
( true, I <3 my sis, she is awesome)
9. My father is a Professor of Quantitative Business Analysis
( I use to sleep in his class too...... when I was a baby.)
10. My mother is a great person.

1. My Aunt Billie won an Academy Award. True.... for the hairstyles in the movie "Eleanor"
2. I had a basketball scholarship at Catawba College and one in music at Mars Hill. True...... although I chose to go to UT and just be a student.
3. I dated a married man in college.(and I knew it!!) False
4. My husband's family once owned the McDowell House. True....John is a descendant of Joseph McDowell
5. My family owned part of Laughridge Furniture Co. False
6. I was face to face with Elvis Presley in the garage of the Sheraton. True....my roommate and I had been waiting for hours for him to leave the Sheraton. Actually touched the ole' boy on the arm.
7. I, too, have had reconstructive surgery. False
8. My mother got married one week after I did. True....actually this was her second marriage.
9. I have been on the cover of a national magazine. True....I was on the cover of the Arabian Horse Journal riding a beautiful grey mare, Jorja.

I met my ex-husband at the ballfield and my current boyfriend at church. False (Ex at church, current at the ballfield) 3. I once tripped on my shoelace, fell down the steps and broke my leg. True (Jr. High) 4. I spent every Tuesday night for 3 months in prison. True (Teaching a Bible Study) 5. I have never lived alone. False (5 years in Morganton) 6. I was in the ski club at ASU. False (I have never been on a slope) 7. I was married to my 1st husband for 7 years. True (He was supposed to pay for the divorce. I finally filed and paid for it 2 years ago.) 8. I was once pulled for speeding twice in one day. (On the way to ASU on a Sunday morning, and the four cars I was traveling to the beach with that night. I didn't get a ticket the 2nd time.) 9.
