To school huh?
Kids are so humorous...sometimes us caregivers have to laugh to keep from crying as we do our work. One of my greatest joys is hearing laughter erupt among staff. Sometimes I know they are laughing at me!

Kids are so honest. Sometimes brutally honest. "Mr. Ayers you are fat like my mama. She's gonna have a baby soon."

The Eastfield staff has the ability to love students.... unconditionally. Now that is talent!!!

Children need structure in their lives to help them adapt, adjust, feel love, and learn. Eastfield's staff, again, that's talent.

You are a blessing. Thanks for your unconditinal love for kids. So much talent here!

Jennifer's Words to Live By!

Humor - Aaron. Even on a bad day, he makes me laugh. He's such a goober!

Honesty - Wendy Walsh. She honestly tells me like it is!!!! No, really, she's a great gal!

Unconditional - All of us. You have to have an unconditional love for these kids and this profession to do what we do everyday and keep coming back the next.

Talent-The kindergarten teachers. There is no way I could spend the entire day with that many young'ns. 14 or more Katelyns!!!! I'd go crazy! You girls have my upmost respect. It takes talent to do what you do- and to do it so well.

Structure-Beasley. She's one awesome teacher! She's got it together.

Wendy's Words to Live By!

This one is too good not to respond to.

When I think of Humor, I am torn between Sonia Elledge and Tammy Sanabria, they both make me laugh a lot. We cracked up so much we could hardly practice our "Stones" act.  That is why we had to practice about 100 times to finally get it right.  Also, I think of Joan and Jonelle.  They make life fun and laugh a lot with their kiddos!

Honesty....I admire that trait in Jennifer Carroll, as well as many other great things!

Unconditional devotion to her students, school and just doing what is right!-Martha Moretz

Talent...Again, I am torn.  I admire Mariella Mabe's ability to speak so well in two languages and help all of us, wow!! Also, we have to mention Scott's all around great talent in music and sports!

Structure....Sara Smith!  All of those tests, small groups, large groups, I am impressed!

Love and Compassion for others....I think of Lisa Lack.  I can really tell how much she cares for others.  It shows in the way she treats her students and fellow employees.

I feel like I am leaving so many out.  This is such a great school to work at and great people to work with that have so many personal characteristics to be admired.  Let's do a blog like this again!
