As some of you know, I am going to be dancing with wolves (or running from grizzlies) as my summer fun. My last day is June 8th, as I will be leaving on the 9th for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. I am going with the NC Museum of Natural Science Educators of Excellence Institute. I will be going with 13 other teachers from all over North Carolina. I will finally get to use my new camera. (see Irony for the details of why this is my 2nd camera.)
I encourage everyone to apply for the Educators in Excellence program! Besides Yellowstone, there is a trip to Belize for snorkeling and rainforest study, as well as dinosaur bones digs in Canada! You never know! I applied on a whim, and I am leaving next Friday!!
