The lovely, weary Waters family. Thanksgiving Day, Little Switzerland Cafe. We had reservations for 4.5, but Mom was so sick, she couldn't go. Strep throat and two ear infections. Jake wouldn't eat a thing, and complained (loudly) through the whole meal. Afterward, we walked across the street to the water wheel next to the Post office. The water underneath was frozen, and it fascinated Jake endlessly. He spent a long time floating leaves down the flume.
Tired. Thankful. Happy. Together.
